I have just completed the 2009 L’Etape du Tour up Mont Ventoux. While I only had two sessions with Steve, they were an important part of my success. I had never cycled up a mountain before I did Ventoux, but Steve’s analysis of my fintess, advice on preparation, tips on cycling up and down! long hills gave me the confidence to put in the hours and comlpete it. I even had a few of his tips written down on the underside of my personal route guide, and read them as I approached the final climb.
